Meet Your Therapist
Hello, please call me Alex! I am a Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor and Art Therapist. My practice is to provide a non-judgmental and affirming atmosphere to promote authentic expression in the therapy session. It is important to me that I meet my clients in the present moment, regardless of their background and their past. In my free time I enjoy craft nights with friends, walks in the park, experimenting with bright hair colors, and camping at music festivals. It is so important to make time to explore, play, feel grateful and feel connected. I currently accept insurances in Delaware and offer Telehealth appointments.
